mh smokeOn May 15, 2012, Gallatin Public Utilities entered into an agreement with the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation to address sanitary sewer overflows (SSOs) in Gallatin Public Utilities wastewater collection system. This agreement places additional requirements on Gallatin Public Utilities, including possible penalties for sanitary sewer overflows and\or failure to complete agreed upon milestones. In accordance with the Agreed Order, Gallatin Public Utilities will place relevant documents into the Public Document Repository (below) for public review.
