Gallatin Public Utilities is implementing a new assistance program that will allow our customers to help financially distressed families pay their utility bills. The pennies, nickels, and dimes that are donated will help raise thousands of dollars each year to help your neighbors, right here in our community. Most often these customers in need are elderly or disabled and on a fixed income. In other cases a customer may have had a crisis situation that has left them unable to pay their utility bill. Customers that chose to participate in this program will simply have their monthly bill "rounded-up" to the next highest dollar amount. For example, if a customer has a utility bill that is $32.79, then it would be "rounded-up" to $33.00 and the extra $0.21 would go towards the Operation Round-up program. The Operation Round-up program has the potential to make a difference in our community, just imagine the possibilities!

For customers wishing to participate in this program - you may join by:

• Calling and speaking with one of our customer service representatives at (615)451-5922
• Stopping by the office and speaking with one of our customer service representatives, or
• Send an email to customer service at customerservice@gallatinutilities.com.
• Complete the form that was mailed with your utility bill, or
• Complete the Operation Round Up Form and return it with your bill payment
